BUG? -- 4.3c Beta 1 -- Resource List is Centered

The resource list that populates when you create a new tab now has centered formatting. I don't recall seeing this in previous versions. I can't make up my mind whether this is a feature or a bug!

Compared to Logos 4.5b SR-2 on Mac OS X 10.6.8, centering resource titles on a New Tab is a regression:

This issue should be resolved in 4.5c Beta 4.
