Crash while using video. Also: sometimes videos don't load.

Using 4.5c Beta 3:

Every once in a while a video doesn't load, and it doesn't matter how long I wait.  It just shows the spinning dial:

If I click on the full-screen control while it's doing this, I get a crash.  Seems to be repeatable.

    I was able to reproduce this and have filed a case for it. The issue appears to occur when you navigate to a non-adjacent video using the TOC. Thank you.
