BUG: Bible Datatype does not appear in PBB TOC

The title pretty well describes the problem, but 2 pictures are worth much

The 6:1-2 here is formatted as Heading 3 just like the other 3 references.

Bible datatype is necessary for L4 Mac to recognize the Scripture reference, but

that takes away the heading in the TOC.

This appears to be two faults with L4 Mac:

1) The verse reference should be automatically recognized, but very few are without the book name.

2) Datatype label should appear in the TOC.

Same problem exists in L4 Win

Don't get confused, but this is going to be in reverse order. [;)]

    2) Datatype label should appear in the TOC.

I think you are probably right about this.  I will make a case for this issue.

    1) The verse reference should be automatically recognized, but very few are without the book name.

I'm not sure I'm understanding you correctly on this point.  Do you mean that '6:1-2' should be recognized as a reference without including 'Romans' anywhere in the syntax? (Maybe drawing that information based on the last hyperlink/reference?)

Recognize it in what way?  Again, I think I may be misunderstanding what you are trying to say/accomplish.  I didn't see any obvious behavioral difference between '[[6:1—2 >> Bible:Romans 6:1-2]]' and '[[6:1—2 >> Romans 6:1-2]]' when I compiled my PB.

The 6:1-2 here is formatted as Heading 3 just like the other 3 references.

Are the other three references (besides also being Heading 3 items) formatted in exactly the same way as the first?  If you want to post/send me your document that might be helpful (logos4feedback@logos.com).  Any other details you might think pertinent would also be appreciated.  Thanks Jack! No. The other three references were not yet formatted as Bible datatype. Once I added the Bible datatype, they also disappeared from the TOC.

The line at the top of this page contained a reference to Romans 6:1-14. Perhaps I am expecting too much of Logos [8-|]

I have changed the problem headings to add the book name. Then added a Bible milestone. Do you still want the file? It is very much a work in progress.

My main problem is that adding a Bible datatype to the 6:1-2 removes it from the TOC.

Ok, that's what I wanted to know.  Just wanted to make sure all the variables were covered.  In that case, I probably don't need your document.  Thanks!

I don't know if this kind of behavior is possible (it might be) but I can see how it would be really troublesome in certain cases (even if it would be pretty helpful in a case like this.)
