Problems with logos

It either won't load up, or it shuts down unexpectedly (crashes). I've been having this problem for two days and shutting down my computer over night didn't help. I tried uninstalling it and re downloading it and it did the same thing. I have a mac book pro. SUGGESTIONS?

Hi Carol—Welcome to the forums

A bit more information will be required in order for anyone to provide assistance. What version of L4? Mac OS?

Since you are probably using the stable version, you can call tech support. Logos' phone number is on their web page (logos.com). A real live—and friendly—human will answer the phone and route you to the proper department.

Yes, as Lynden mentioned it would be very helpful to gather your log files so that we can better see what is going on.

I am just taking the time now to figure out my logos problem. I don't remember what was suggested. Have clicked on the link and all I see is to go to the terminal. I have found the terminal and all I see when I open it is my last log on info. Logos keeps crashing and it was working just fine for months before this started. Everything else on my lap top appears fine. THANKS, Carol

If using Logos 4.5c release, one suggestion is contacting Logos Technical Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact with your permission, a technician can remotely share your desktop.

Could enable diagnostic logging, restart Mac, launch Logos 4 Mac.  If blue Logos icon appears in your menu bar, please wait for blue icon to disappear.   If crash repeats, then compress log files and attach to a forum reply.

Optional: download and use 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.
