While the Church and Postmodern Culture Series (5 vols.) which contains the volume was released a fair while ago????
I am just scratching my head and saying how has this happened?????

It's possible because no one at Logos acted upon my 'bug' report a month ago: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/51713/380933.aspx#380933.
The same thing will happen to another resource on Monday: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/51795/380657.aspx#380657.
It feels rather depressing to report these issues when more than half of my reports never gets fixed, or even acknowledged. [:(] If they can't do it right themselves, they could at least make sure to fix it when we report it!
