Bug: Mac 4.6b4 status bar overdrawn after exiting reading view

To reproduce, open a resource in a floating window, show reading view, then exit reading view.

The status bar area at the bottom of the window is overlaid by the book reading area:

Running 4.6 Beta 4 on OSX 10.8.0
