Best Way to Get an Answer

Forums are only ONE WAY of communicating.

Some issues need to be communicated publicly in order to be resolved by or for the benefit of other users. That is why Logos generously hosts these forums.

Other issues are BEST COMMUNICATED directly with the decision-makers. Logos provides a way to do that via links that are built in to the user interface

As a pastor I have too often had to put out fires because something was announced in a congregational business meeting that could have been resolved in a 5 minute conversation between the involved parties. Can we remember Ephesians 4:29?

Good thoughts David. Many of us are frustrated with so many forum posts that could have been handled through a personal conversation (phone, e-mail, etc.) directly with Logos.

True, but Logos reported that the phones are ringing constantly and that they have little time to even check email. So, there are wait times with phone calls, and some have waited for an answer to their email. This sounds like success for Logos, but some frustration for us [8-|]
