Information Pane "Translated"
How does the info pane work?
The "Translated" portion looks really helpful but when you have a look at ESV Colossians 4:12, the word "assured", translated shows only "fully assured" which is translated by 6 versions and "fully confident that" by 1 version. But the disappointing thing is that the hugely different translation of "complete in all" for example KJV is not shown. This undermines my confidence in the translated's ability to show completely the various translation differences.

Edwin, in this case the reason is that the Greek text underlying the KJV is slightly different than that underlying the ESV and the other translations you see on the info pane. KJV has pleroo and the ESV has plerophoreo. In this sort of situation Logos correctly does not obscure the difference by listing the translation of the different underlying word.
Look at the info pane on the KJV and you'll see the translations section only refers to KJV Bibles.

Thanks Mark, it is the underlying text difference!
But then it would be useful if info pane can show that sort of differences too, I think.

This issue has been addressed by adding notation for variant readings in the Translated section. These will be added in 5.0b Beta 1 for beta users, and in general when 5.0b ships to the stable channel.

I look forward to seeing this enhancement. It is going to make keeping that Information panel open much more attractive.

Peace, Derek! I'm a long-time Logos Bible Software user; and I haven't been using the Information Section for quite some time. Not really sure why, guess I just didn't get around to it.... I thank you for your "affirmation" of that feature in Logos 5; and I must say (having taken a good long look at it!) ... that it is truly "cool"! I'm sure I'll be using it quite a bit in the future..... *smile*
Philippians 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........
