Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. The commentary being referred to is the new version of NICNT Hebrews. We'll make an update to the book at this link to more clearly indicate this.

That is correct. We have a solution in place that differentiates more clearly between the versions. An update should be released by the end of the week.
