Tonight, when I opened L4, I noticed that the sync arrows (upper right) had disappeared. Has anyone had this happen before? I've closed and reopened L4 several times. I even rebooted. Still, no sync arrows. What's going on?
It is likely that your internet setting is set of "no". Check the program settings under the tools menu.
I've got it set to "Yes" (always have).
What happens when you type "sync now" in the command box?
Nothing, as far as I can tell.
I got the arrows back! Here's what I did. I changed my Internet setting to "No." Closed and restarted L4. Then I changed my Internet setting to "Yes." Closed and restarted L4. Voila! Arrows!
I'm glad.
With the arrows, it's always the internet....
A way to check whether the program thinks you're connected is to click on the customise button at the bottom of the homepage; if the blogs etc. are not there, it's functioning as if there's no internet.
You're not the first to have this happen by the way.
