Exported text does not reflect foreground text color from visual filter

When I Print/Export a passage, the text colors I have set in a visual filter are not coming across in the export. Boxes, underlines come across just fine. Other color elements come across fine as well. Left Margin Bar Red exports in color just fine, for example. It is the foreground text colors set in a visual filter that are not coming across in the export. They are all coming out in black.
