Reading Plan Won't Download

Having a problem I've not had in quite some time. Set up a new reading plan on my desktop--M'Cheyne. It simply will not download to either my iPhone or iPad. I've tried completely shutting down the apps. Still no luck. Help!

There is a bug which is effecting some users… Logos is aware of the situation, and has submitted an update to apple. 

Just to double check: What version of the desktop app are you using? What version of the mobile app? What OS on both?

Lots of users are experiencing the same problem.  It should be fixed in the next release.

Danny - those both look good. My guess is that you are having the same difficulties as others. The only suggestions I can give would be 1) to kill the app via the multi-task bar and do a full shut down of the device. If that doesn't work you could 2) delete the app and reinstall. If your issue is indeed the same as the others, neither of these steps will help. The first one will cost you a minute of your time. The second will require a download of the app + any resources & note files.

Thanks, Alabama! I've done step 1 multiple times to no avail. And I may try step 2 with my iphone first since I don't have many of my books downloaded.

Can't believe this is happening. I've been doing the Horner reading plan for a long time but wanted to switch to M'Cheyne for a change of pace. Oh well . . . BUMMER!

Re-installed app on iPhone and my new reading plan downloaded. Guess I'll have to do the same with my iPad.

I'm glad I told you to try that! It may be that your issue is unrelated to the others.
