Can the lines of information displayed in the Lexham interlinear bibles be modified to show only the information desired?

Yes. Left- click on "Display" on the top of the panel (above the text). Unselect whatever you don't want to see.

Logos 3.2.1 mobile app for iPad does not have interlinear display options.
