Good morning!  I am using Logos 5. When I try to open the Documents menu, I get a message "Loading..." and it does not go away. I have had the problem for several days. I have manually checked for updates and updated resources, but it didn't help. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!

It looks like you have a corrupted database (db) file. I believe it is your preferences... but I dont know where to tell you to look. Lets see if a techie agrees. Wink

Thread 19 has a folder and file being opened earlier.  Wonder about deleting folder C:\Users\Dwayne\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\oudeb0li.fbe\UserPreferences then launch Logos 5 ?
