New American Commentary Series (NAC) is "New" because...
...There once was a commentary series known as An American Commentary on the Old/New Testament; NT edited by Alvah Hovey, D.D., LL.D. with NT published prior to 1900 and OT published after 1900.

I realized early in the CCC enterprise that many of the commentaries we were getting as part of the book-at-a-time collections were actually part of commentary sets in their own right. I would have prefered to pick up those commentaries as sets, but Logos was already moving down the tracks so I went ahead and hopped on board. I'm sure there are some complete commentary sets that could be pieced together which include things already in those CCCs. I have three of James Moffatt's commentaries now in Logos and one in hardback...I would like to get the complete set of what he produced, even if it doesn't cover every book in the Bible.

Hayley has now updated the metadata, with the following comment:
- I have added the series title to as many of these as I could confirm. It’s not unheard of for a book to be republished in a new series, or outside of its original series. In cases like these we defer to the text of whatever edition we’re replicating, hence the one “The Complete Commentary on the New Testament” volume, and a couple of volumes whose series titles I am leaving blank.
Since I don't have any of these volumes I can't check out the changes, so if you disagree with any of the judgements made, you'll have to add it back to the Metadata page yourself.
Note: 5.1 allows us to edit series metadata ourselves, so if you want

included in your ACNT series instead, you can make it so. Same with the "series titles I am leaving blank".
