Suggested Design
1. Remove the current Prioritization Panel away from the Library Window
2. Replace it with a Panel (can be a separate Tool in itself like Library Window) that looks like and works like the 'New Guide Template'
3. Users can Category of resources from the left, and select predefined Collections for each category.
4. There can be a default prioritization built in with few categories that can be fully removed or reordered by the user. For example 'Bibles', 'Dictionaries'. These would not need Collections. The user should be able to re-set the Prioritization to default any-time.
Benefits
1. Makes use of a simple and familiar User Interface (UI)
2. Aligns with the Logos design principle of avoiding hierarchy and complexity in the UI
3. Above all, helps people like me whose large number of resources are untraceable in the current Prioritization Window
