Problems Printing Extra Pages
I have updated to 5.1 Beta 9. I just noticed when I attempt to print an article as a pdf that it defaults to printing 100 pages! I have tried selecting fewer sections in the article, but it continues to print 100 pages.
Any ideas what is going on?
Thanks in advance.

I've seen the same in nearly all (but not all) print/exports I tried from the same resource (and in multiple resources, but again not all resources) - on Windows 7

I am going to guess that the resources aren't tagged very well… If you can find some that have this behavior, can you post them here?

That is a limit imposed by Logos

Dave,
the issue that I understood as described by the OP (and that I've seen on testing the print/export feature, originally wanting to ascertain the footnote bugfix) are empty extra pages that come up on a print job that normally would require only two or three pages.

You are right! I just found this issue in connection with another Print/Export bug.

This is a bug in the print/export feature, maybe introduced during fixing the print footnotes bug.
I'm in Leon Morris' Pillar commentary on Romans, logosres:pntcrom;ref=Bible.Ro9.1;off=1910 - the first time print/export was invoked for the current section, it seemed okay. Subsequently it offered the 100 pages (the selected boxes come up with one and a half pages, 3 - 100 are empty save the automated footer with the citation info.

More info:
since in another thread someone showed Logos printing only one page when his selected text was slighly larger, I restarted Logos, selected the Introduction/authorship text and opened print/export.
Logos immediately produced a 100 pages doc, looking exactly like the one above from selecting two sections.
same happens when I select less than one page of text from the Introduction (no picture necessary)
But a selected short text from the Rom 9 section prints in two pages - which is better but still weird, since it prints only footnotes on page 2 which don't belong to the selected text (but it doesn't print all footnotes that belong to the section where the selected text comes from):

Not sure if my screen prints will contribute anything further. But, here is one showing the 100 pages (though only one article is selected within the journal). In addition, this is the PDF file with thumbnails showing the additional pages. One thing I noticed - though after reading the replies to my post, I am not sure how this logically would fit with the footnote issue - is that each of the blank pages have the bibliography for the selected resource in the footnote.

I am able to reproduce this issue in several resources. I have added additional information and a link to this thread to the active case for this issue.
