BUG 5.1 RC1: No scrolling when cursor is over note title
1) Open a note file. Preferably one where the notes are about 5-10 lines long. (Not necessary, but makes it easier to see what's going on.)
2) Hover over the right side of the note file and scroll.
>> The file moves as long as the cursor is over note content.
>> The movement stops as soon as the cursor arrives to a note title.
3) Move the cursor a little bit down and continue scrolling.
>> The file moves again, until you arrive at the next note title.
Workaround: scroll over the left side, where the references and not the note titles are.

I can't follow your instructions to even scroll the Note file, so why not provide a screen shot as that should answer all my questions.

A screenshot wouldn't answer anything. It would just show what a note file looks like, and I'm pretty certain you know that.[:)]
What's unclear? Just [wheel] scroll over the right side of a note file. If you can do that without problems, I guess the bug must be Mac specific.

I am able to reproduce this issue, and I have created a case for Development.

I think you are assuming I have a Note file with enough notes to have a scroll bar in Compact view! I could only do that by scrunching the window to create a scroll bar, but wheel scrolling on the RHS produced nothing untoward.

Whoever said Compact view? I began by stating a preferred length of the notes, something that wouldn't have mattered in Compact view, and then went on to talk about the different behaviour when scrolling over note content and when scrolling over note titles. To scroll over note content you'd obviously have to be in Full view.[;)]
But, yes, I admit I assumed that anyone trying to replicate a scrolling issue would do so in a note file long enough to actually scroll.[:)]

That's why I wanted to see a screen shot. But it might not have included a mouse with a scrolling wheel[:D]
