Logos 5.1 Keeps Crashing
My Logos 5.1 has installed [correctly I assume] but seems to crash as soon as I open another application [of various sorts]. Has anyone else had such a problem?

Someone else is having this problem too. I wonder if it's configuration specific, or a corrupted index file or something?

Just for the fun of it, did you try restarting your computer after the installation? I had a problem with crashing, so I just restarted and it seems fine now.

The other person was able to fix theirs by doing Logos 5.exe repair from the control panel. Try that and see if it works. Go to Control Panel > Programs & Features, select Logos Bible Software 5, click Repair.

I believe you are affected by a problem in the LLS:MORPHGLOSSES resource. We will be fixing this for 5.1 SR-1. In the meantime, there are two workarounds:
1) Hide "Glossary of Morpho-Syntactic Database Terminology". Find it in the Library, Ctrl+Click it, and choose "Hide this resource". Then restart Logos 5. You can unhide it after 5.1 SR-1 ships next week.
2) Remove all annotations in the article about "imperfect waw-consecutive, wayyiqtol". Paste logosres:morphglosses;hw=imperfect_waw-consecutive;off=0;ctx=~imperfect_waw-consecutive,_wayyiqtol_$E2$80$94_T into your command box to jump straight to that article. Select all text in the article, right-click, and choose "Remove annotations". This will PERMANENTLY REMOVE those highlights (and any notes you've taken on them). Only do this if you can afford to lose those highlights. (You can recreate them in 5.1 SR-1 if desired.)
Note for users at home trying to diagnose this crash: these troubleshooting steps are only appropriate if both the following criteria are met:
1) Logos.log contains the line: Error TitleTableDictionary Title 'tense.wayyiqtol' missing from title table 'names'
2) Logos.log ends with:
Error OurApp Unhandled exception: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.

one location here EDIT: this would be if you have L5.0 (which I assumed)
however, if you are using Libronix or L4 you can see your upgrade options here
