Windows 7 crash after downloading Greek Audio NT sku 4207

I downloaded the July 2013 free book of the month.  Shortly after I purchased sku 4207 Greek Audio NT.

After downloading and indexing (it took longer than usual), my windows 7 crashed while attempting to navigate sku 4207.  I closed Logos.  reopened, typed update now, and no updates available.  I checked indexing, advised indexing finished.

Tried navigating 4207 again, and another crash.

When trying to duplicate the problem for this report, the book is no longer part of my library.

Please fix this problem, and get my book back (I hope no others are missing).0118.Logos Log Files.zip

  • Since using Logos 5.1 on Windows 7, Logos may move this thread to Logos 5 forum.

Please elaborate on navigating 4207.  For Greek Audio NT, personally open a Greek NT, e.g. NA28, then use Read Aloud.

    Keep Smiling [:)]

The crash you posted isn't one I'm familiar with, so unfortunately I'm not able to offer any workarounds.

I've filed a bug report and asked the developer most familiar with this code to investigate.

I opened NA 27 as suggested, found "read aloud" and it worked perfectly.  Little blue ball and all.  I must have not understood what I was buying from the product site.

Sorry for all the confusion, and sorry to for the time I spent trying to fix a problem that did not exist.

    Blessings,
