Logos 5.1 Image Search window error
Just updated to 5.1 and appreciate having the image search added.
When I do a search for something like "fish," I get 123 results (Gold + Biblical languages libraries), but there is no way to scroll the results. That is, there is no scroll bar on the right side. You can only see more results by enlarging the window in a floating tab, but there still is no way to see them all.
This image search (with the option of specifying which type of image) is a great addition!

Hmm, that's strange. I'm not seeing this behavior. Are you on Mac or Win? Could you show us a screenshot? I get a scroll bar on the right when I search for images. I'm not sure about the Mac side, but you know that in Windows you have to hover over where the scroll bar should be for it to show up? Well, you can see the scroll thumb and the up/down arrows, but not the rest of the scroll bar, until you hover.

And hovering does not do anything.
Cannot use up/down keys to scroll either

Very weird. I wonder if anyone else can reproduce this? I wonder if log files would help, or if a Logos tech needs to connect to your machine to see what's going on?
Are you able to put that tab into reading view? (Press F11). Does the scroll bar still not appear in reading view? Do you at least see the page number links at the bottom of the tab when it's enlarged to full screen this way?
Not that this lets Logos off the hook in any way for presenting you with the problem of no scroll bar, but at least you've got a work around to view all the images if you can see the page number links.

Nope. Reading view (F11) shows more of the items, but still no scroll bar or page number links or way to get to ones below the ones in view. Odd...

I get a scroll bar as Rosie does (running on Windows 8)
The only thing I notice - and this is probably totally irrelevant - is that in Rosie's screenshot (and in my results) there is a zero entry against "My Books". This is because Rosie and I have created some Personal Books.
Is it possible that there is some bug in the code which says:
If No PersonalBooks Then NoScrollBar?
Seems bizarre[:)]

Win 7 Pro 64 bit.
I have scroll bars. Sorry.

Also just checking: When you do a normal text search, you do get scroll bars? So it's only on the image search that you don't?

I notice that you have a resource open directly next to your search window. Have you tried dragging your search window to make it a bit wider? I know it is a long shot but I have fixed similar issues like this in other programs simply by making the window a little bit wider than the default.

That's weird. It never came up at all in the beta. As a workaround, can you click in some blank space between the results, and then use the mousewheel to scroll?

Wonder if floating or moving search panel causes scroll bar to appear ?
Also curious if scroll bar appears in other panels ? Windows 7 Personalization Control Panel has option for specifying scroll bar width.
Keep Smiling [:)]

@Rick: I've tried resizing, floating, F11 full screen, moving tab... No scroll bar
Wonder about copying search panel to another tab ?
Another idea is contacting Logos Technical Support => http://www.logos.com/contact
