Notes Misbehaving
Just noticed every time I type the letter "p" in a notes file, logos automatically copies whatever is in my opened "Copy Bible" tool to an opened (if not open it will open it up) Word Document.

I've created a case for this issue and we are looking into it right now.

I have the same problem. While typing into a Notes file, pressing the letter P pastes the current verse into Microsoft Word.
- The verse pasted in is the one selected in the Copy Bible window. It uses the version and formatting selected there.
- If Word is not open, it opens and instance of Word and pastes it in.
- If Word is open, it pastes it in, REPLACING any selected text in the Word doc. (Dangerous!)
If I close the Copy Bible window, the problem ceases.
Logos 5.1 SR-2 (5.1.0.0963) on Windows 8 (6.2.9200) 64-bit.

This is very strange. I do not now, nor have I ever had this happen. Is there more to the story? What else are you doing?

Not much else, George:
- This is a new machine (2 weeks), pretty minimal configuration.
- I normally run a utility named PureText (converts clipboard to plain text), but closed that.
- I have set up some hotkeys for Windows shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+W for Word).
- No anti-malware other than Windows firewall + Microsoft Defender (= Security Essentials).
- MS Outlook 2010 is running (with Word 2010 configured as its editor).
- Dual monitors.
That's about it really.

This should be fixed in 5.1 SR-3.
In the meantime, you can work around it by closing the Copy Bible Verses panel (or, I think, floating it in its own window instead of docking it in the main window).

Ahah ! Perhaps that's why my Logos notes "Ain't Misbehavin'." I don't use Copy Bible Verses.

Thanks, Bradley.
Closing the (docked) Copy Bible Verses panel is a satisfactory workaround until SR-3 is released.

Thanks, Bradley. Downloaded SR-3, and it does appear to have fixed the bug.
A big thank you to you and your team, for reading these forums and responding to our struggles as you do. Appreciated.
