BUG 5.1: Missing tooltip in Search

In the Topic Guide I get a tooltip for the 'Search for' suggestion:
In Search, I don't:

I guess I do. So:
- On Mac it doesn't appear at all.
- On Windows it appears, but is less informative than the one in the Topic Guide.

Less informative yes but functionally equivalent.
If I click on it I get the resulting search

The tool tip function is inconsistent in this area for all three options. I've filed this with development.
