I cant copy definitions from my "sense lexicon". Am I missing something?
Hi Paul - and welcome to the forums
By "definitions" do you mean the text at the top-left of the panel?
If so, right-click and select "copy"
Graham
thanks for the quick response Graham...
Thats my problem, I cant select and highlight any part of the definition, and if I right click on it, nothing happens, no menu or nothing. So I'm forced to manually copy the definition by hand. BTW im using an iMac on mountain lion 10.8.4 (the most current)
this is what I mean by definition thx
since you are on an iMac I wonder if opt+click or cmd+click or something similar might replicate the right click in Windows?
In Windows I cannot left click to select or highlight any part of the definition either. The only thing I can do is right click which opens a "copy" option.
hey Dave...
just tried all the mac combinations i could think of "opt+,comm+" but nothing. hmmmm theres gotta be a way
Although this has nothing to do with the bug, the Mac key combination to simulate a right click is Control-Click. This has been in place since 1984 when all mice had but a single button.
I can reproduce this issue and I have created a case for Development.
This should be fixed in 5.2a Beta 1.
Confirmed fixed [Y]
Great! It works! I can finally copy and paste from "Bible sense lexicon" Thx logos
I just got this "sense lexicon" in Windows 10 (using Logos 26.1.32), and noticed I can NOT copy the definitions as described here. Is the bug back?
Hi Michael - and welcome to the forums
I've just tried this and it worked fine for me.
I recommend starting a new thread in the main Logos Desktop App forum, providing as many details as possible including which platform you are using and a screenshot showing what you are trying to do (use the paperclip icon to add screenshots)
