Possible Bug with merging Indexes
I purchased last night "Rethinking the Synoptic Problem". L4 indexed it and later when I was doing searches, it offered to merge the index. Since merging however, I am unable to search for anything in this resource, even if I limit my search only to this resource.

Donovan this may be related to the merge bug noted earlier and which they hoped was fixed with b5.
Can you get any logs, specifically the indexer log?

I wasn't thinking clearly and I just rebuilt the index, which fixed the problem. Next time I'll snag the logs!

Thanks for the bug report; I have reproduced and fixed this problem.
(The only workaround would have been to "rebuild index", which you've already done.)

You may have fixed this bug, but I think you introduced a new one. See your post on the RC release.
