Logos 5 - crash on open
Logos 5 is crashing on open. I have tried removing the library index but having the same result. Log files are attached, thanks.

Have you tried opening to a blank page? For Windows, I believe you hold down the Control key as the application starts. The Crash log showed several references to the Home Page. There was a L5 for Windows but with opening to the Home Page recently, but that was fixed in one of the betas.
Other that that, I don't read logs [8-|]

Removing the Library index should only be done if someone who can really read logs advises this action. Otherwise, it is similar to taking someone else's medicine [8-|]. Often the result is not pretty

Is there a reason you tried this? Unless there is something I am missing, it sounds like perhaps you read about someone else's problem and tried to take their medicine. Since you deleted that file, you will have a long reindexing ahead of you, which may not have been needed. I would encourage you to read THIS thread.
I took a look at your logs, but I think your issue is beyond my abilities to assess. Jack's advice to try loading to a blank layout is a good one. Press and hold the control key immediately upon startup, then check the appropriate box. If that doesn't work, hopefully a full fledged techie will show up soon.

Doing this should avoid the crash. (You should see the Sign In dialog shown here: http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/problem. Be sure to check "Use blank layout" before clicking "Sign In".)
Once you've started the app, open Program Settings and under "At Startup Open To", choose "Blank layout".
We'll investigate this bug and try to get a fix in the next update. Until then, you'll probably need to avoid using the Home Page, sorry.

Thanks very much, it remains open with the blank layout. If I try to install the update it crashes in any case.

There isn't an update… you are using 5.1a SR1! Or do you mean that you have resources that need to download and index? Did your installation finish the reindexing from earlier?

Okay, it must be the IVP Dictionary OT Bundle upgrade 2.
I'm halfway through the indexing process. I did realise it was a stab in the dark bt I had been meaning to re-index my library due to all the progressive additions.

It has finished indexing and there doesn't seem to be any resources to update. Runs okay for now with the blank layout.

Can you open to a blank layout and create a new layout? It may be that you have a corrupted layout somewhere.
