BUG: 5.1b Beta 1: Click on Library title doesn't make that the currently selected one
Open the Library in grid view, with the Info panel open.
Click on the title or cover image of a book that is not the currently selected one.
Result: It opens the book (as expected), but it doesn’t also select that line as the currently selected book, which it should.
This is very annoying when working through tagging books. Suppose you have a book selected, which you've just been applying tags to. Now you click on some other book in your list to open it and see what it's like so you can decide how to tag it. Now you go back to the Library and click on the "add tag" link, thinking you’re adding a tag to the book you just opened, when you’re really tagging whatever other one happened to have been selected before. It should not have to be a two step process to select a book and open it.

Info panel doesn't have to be open to observe that opening a resource doesn't select it.
I also observe that Ctrl+Right click doesn't select the resource with the consequence that the selected resource(s) are acted upon i.e. opened or cleared or hidden. In non-Grid (?) view I cleared the rating of a resource and it was not reflected in Library, but it showed in the opened resource!
So it is important that the resource being acted upon also be selected (Right click selects a resource).

True. I was just using that so that I could emphasize why it is so annoying for me. You do have to have the info panel open to be doing tagging. So I'm constantly running into this issue while tagging books.

I can reproduce this issue and I have created a case for Development.

This should be fixed in 5.2a Beta 1.
