Interlinear keeps disappearing
Running Logos 5.2 Beta 1 (5.2.0.008) Mac version
When I have the Greek or Hebrew interlinear open on the KJV 1900 the interlinear intermittently disappears from within the resource pain of the KJV. The interlinear button on the KJV resource is clicked (as shown in attached image) but there isn't an interlinear showing. I have tried resizing the resource window and "looking under" other resources to see if it has somehow moved.
If I have the "inline" option checked from within the "Display" drop down the inline version of the interlinear does show, but this isn't what I want. The only way i have been able to get the interlinear back is by closing the KJV resource and reopening it, at which time the interlinear reappears at the bottom of the KJV as I want it to.
This happens most often after I have visited the home page within Logos, but not every time and not only when i visit the Homepage.
I can go for days without it happening or it can happen every half an hour or so. It has only been happening within the last few weeks (that I have noticed)

Further to this I have discovered that choosing any other bible with an interlinear fails to open an interlinear within that resource window. Opening another bible on a new tab in the same resource window will produce an interlinear at the bottom of the window, but opening another KJV in a new tab will not produce an interlinear.

There's a problem with your Logos installation which I haven't seen before. Your WordSenses file can't be opened. As that's required in the Reverse Interlinear, that could well be causing the problem.
Logos has also initiated a download and resource discovery, but that's handled by the indexer, so it's not clear what was happening there. It would be good if you could turn logging on permanently, and upload all the log files, including for the indexer.

I did tick the show "Sense" option in the interlinear a few weeks ago, it may be causing the problem. When the interlinear does show the senses are there.
Logging: I have ticked the "Logging enabled"button numerous times within the Logos Logging Utility but often when I check it has been in disabled again. Does this need to re-enabled every time there is a Logos programme update?

I have deleted the Logos5 application and the Logos folder and reinstalled, re-indexed and still the problem persists.
He is a copy of the latest logs.

I think I'm going to have to defer to the resident Mac experts, I'm sorry.

I will pass along your logs to Development, hopefully they will be able to help you resolve this issue.

There is an active case for this issue and once it is fixed this forum post will be updated.
