Updates not working?

Updates quite working??  Also if I go to the home page I just see the spinning wheel in the middle of the page ... the arrows next to the layout button in the upper right never stops spinning (but I do see layout updates saved on my macbook air??) ... when I exit it hangs and I have to force quite ... (yes I do have full internet connectivity) ...

Help !!

Hopefully this is something simple and not a reinstall ...

I'm running Logos 5 on Mavericks on an i7 iMac ...

All works fine on my macbook air ...

  1. Leave Logos open and frozen
  2. Open Activity Monitor (type "activity monitor" in Spotlight, the magnifying glass in the top-right)
  3. Click on the Logos Bible Software 5 process
  4. Click the "Sample process" button

In either case, please upload the sample file here, or email it to LogosBugs@logos.com and mention this thread. Having the sample file is vital in diagnosing freezes/hangs.
