5.2a B1: More Library issues
1. CTRL+right click does not work i.e. there is no menu.
2. Rank now appears as the last column instead of the first one. It is visible in a floating window but out of view in a panel.

3. The cusor shape for resizing columns isn't always available and I get the 'hand with pointing finger' instead.

There is an active case for this issue. I've updated it with a link to this thread.

I'll make a case for this.

It is probably the most important one
A temporary workaround is to make sure your cursor isn't over a resource title when you mouse up to the header row. I only get the 'stuck' hand icon if I move from mousing over a title link straight to the column headers before the resource popup has time to disappear.

That doesn't work consistently for me. The hand icon does the job, though.

I would actually appreciate that. Much better than now.[:D]
Let me repeat what I've said before: please please please make that column possible to uncheck/remove, just like every other column is. I don't think I've ever managed to get someone to even write up a case for it, though it's certainly not for lack of trying.
Or is this already fixed in the beta?

Rank should only appear when a filter is entered. There's an active case currently for it not showing up on Mac at all.
Edit: I believe I misunderstood. I'll make a case to look into making the column removable even with a filter. Sorry about that. [*-)]

THANK YOU![Y][*][^] (That only took 17.5 months since my first post about it.)
Now, if you could also fix it while you're doing all this work on the Library... Because if you don't do it now, it'll probably take another 17.5 months.

I agree. Along with the multiple regressions from this workover (UI change) there is no longer any excuse for overlooking old Library issues such as yours and the overcrowding with Browse and Prioritize, and the 3x Library format icons.

I've heard back on this - it's something that may get done in the future, but we don't have a timeline for at this point.

These issues will be fixed in 5.2a Beta 3.
