BUG: 5.2a beta 1: Ratings stars in library

The library ratings column shows one fewer star than is allocated to each resource. One-star resources show as no stars.
The panel on the right shows the correct number of stars, and searching by ratings identifies the correct resources.

This should be fixed in 5.2a Beta 2.
