BUG? Rank column won't get smaller than a certain width

The Rank column has a limit how small it will get.  It has wasted space that I want to get rid of.  All the other columns, except Rating, can get much narrower.

  This is also an issue with the Mac version.

  I can reproduce this on both Mac and Windows, and I will create a case for Development.
