BUG: Library Secondary Sort

In this screen shot, the Library is sorted by Devices, then secondarily by Title. Note that the order is anything but by title. Secondary sort by author does work correctly, but by Last Updated does not.

I can reproduce this on both Mac and Windows, and I will create a case for Development.
