Logos is not asking for the code so I can unlock the books on the Lucado LifeWorks cd. Is there anyway to do it manually or do I have to wait until tomorrow for tech. support?

If you have Logos 3 installed, you can enter the code there, then syncronise your licenses with Logo's servers, then Logos 4 will pick up the update and activate the library. The other option is to call TS at Logos on Monday.
I installed it in Logos 3 and it installed the books, but they are all locked and it still will not ask for the code. Is there a workaround or do I have to wait until Monday for TS?
Open My Library and make sure that it is set to "All Known Resources" or "Locked Resources". Open one of the resources in the series. It will show a screen saying that it is locked and you can click on a link to unlock it. A box will pop up, click "next" and then click unlock over phone. When you do this a field will open which will allow you to key in the license code. Enter the license code in and then syncronize your licenses with Logos' servers. This should hopefully do it.
I have tried this also and when I try to enter in the code it says that the code is incorrect, but this is a new cd, never been open. I am confused.
The root of this problem is probably because we are in the transition from the old licensing system to the new one. Until there are no more L3 disks floating around, there is going to be confusion and problems. I bet there were five or six posts to the forums yesterday on this topic.
The easiest solution at this stage then, is to call Customer Support today (Monday). It will take them about 60 seconds to sort this on your account and you will be up and running. Sorry that my suggested solution didn't work!
I cannot get the Lucado Lifeworks Library to install on Windows 7. I keep getting a error 1722 installer package error. Does anyone know of a fix to this?
Or, should I just return it?

If this is a Libronix package then uninstall Libronix and try again --> http://www.logos.com/support/logos3/purge
Before you begin the tedious process of un-installing this and that - do you own this Library, or did you get the Library from someone else?

Bill, your best option would be to contact Logos support if you want the resources to run in Logos 4.
