Along these lines, pretty much it's always better to vote for 1) the most expensive, and 2) the ones you will use, in that order. Because then everyone wins.
For example, a volume of ICC isn't much use being in the sale if it doesn't make at least a few rounds up. David Jeremiah is relatively cheap even though he didn't make it past the first round.
