Will not Activate?

I recently had to wipe my computer back to factory settings. When I reinstalled Logos 4 it asked for the product key which I entered. I clicked activate and then it popped up again with the same dialog box, but displayed my product key. Is there a problem with activating it?

Tara,

You posted this on the Logos 4 Forum. In Logos 4 you don't need a product key. If you activated the product previously, you simply need to start Logos 4 once it is installed and then log in using the email address and password for your Logos account.

If you have been unable to install Logos 4, the best way is to install it directly from the link on this page: https://www.logos.com/support/logos4/install  That page also explains the rest of the process.

Once you have logged in in Logos 4 Logos will download your resources with the latest editions, and then index your library.
