BUG 5.2a RC1: Flickering Library popups

1) Hover over a resource in a column (e g Subjects) that shows two popups when the column isn't wide enough: one yellow displaying the full contents of the column, and one ordinary resource popup.
2) Keep hovering for some seconds.

I can reproduce this on Mac and I will create a case for Development to investigate this issue.

This should be fixed in 5.2b Beta 1.
