Select all / none options for notes under visual filters

I mentioned this before and mention it again because it is really annoying to have to uncheck recheck everything all the time. Currently there are already the options (in the context menu) to show in all appropriate resources or do not show in any resources. I suggest to add "select all" or "unselect all" above these two options.
