I wish Logos would make a bigger fanfare over the new packages. Thank you for highlighting this.

When I saw this, I was wondering if this was new because I'd thought I bought the top Reformed Base Package (Platinum) when it was released at the time.

That said, my sales consultant offered me an awesome deal - and I've just bought it. Smile

This is madness,

what now? more unwanted old community pricing books?

seriously, $600+ for having spent thousands already on Reformed Platinum is ridiculous.

this sales trick is getting old.

I know. It's worth it for the price on that. Just saw it as I was updating the spreadsheet comparing them. A few other nice goodies in there too.

I'm really sorry you feel that way, Mike. That was not at all our intention. We intentionally included several hundred volumes of modern scholarship in the Reformed space to make sure we are being balanced in both seminal classic works as well as modern texts.

If anyone is interested in this base package, do speak with a sales rep. The price I was offered was much better than the dynamic price advertised on the website.

There is the 15% off discount code, I paid $300 for about 400 resources, the vast majority being Commentary series (i.e. Welwyn, Mentor, Westminster and Evangelical Press) and a few specialist theology collections and dead sea scroll items.

Oops! Must've dragged another cell over it in the chart by mistake. Fixed in the chart and the list above. Thanks!

I'll triple check the data again in a bit.

This looks like a really excellent package, and certainly fills the commentary gaps in the smaller Reformed Packages. Of all the base packages this one is the only one that stands head and shoulders above it's non-Reformed counterpart. Can't wait for Reformed Portfolio!

which sales rep did you talk to?

mine said that what was reflected on my screen was final. I'm not very happy with the purpose of sales team who couldn't really help customer even a little bit.

I would be unhappy if he did, if he lets you have money off why not me?
