What happened to my NASB interlinear?

I installed 4.0a SR-2 yesterday and noticed that my NASB interlinear has disappeared.  Upon closer examination, I can see what appears to be just the smallest trace of video at the bottom of the L4 window which appears and disappears as I click on the interlinear button.   Dinking around with various layouts doesn't resolve the problem.  The ESV interlinear appears correctly - so I assume there is a problem with the NASB coding?

JRS,

you know what it might be?

All of the choices in the interlinear part have disappeared...

Try right-clicking on the area that is normally the left most column...see if you get a bunch of empty checkboxes....

NOPE: that doesn't work and my NASB is just the same.... :(

The interlinear in my NASB95 is missing, too. Same trace of a window at the bottom, but no contents.

Grace & Peace,
Bill

Interesting! Mine's there and available. Everything seems to be working correctly except for the scrolling issue I posted  earlier -- http://community.logos.com/forums/t/8522.aspx

I believe I have the latest download -- 4.0a SR-2 (4.013.4767)

I redownloaded the resource and that didn't fix it.

I think  we've established that the version number isn't related to the problem seeing as there are multiple examples of the version working and not working.

I'm about to suggest something which I have no idea if it will work or cause more problems. Someone who is having the problem, have you considered deleting the reverse interlinear manager db?  It's in C:\Users\Kevin\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\wcuvsvj0.qyo\ReverseInterlinearManager  perhaps this database got corrupted by something. Howevever, let me repeat, I have no idea if deleting the db will cause any more problems... but if it was my problem, I'd probably try it.

Kevin, this is interesting. i saw a post you did earlier showing a user how to check resources that were currently updated and your screen shot showed NASB to be updated on 12/30/2009. And your versison number are the same as mine and my update was in October.

My NASB95 info

And my file info for this is

So this would indicate that the version info for the book did not change with the newer RI updates. So this is interesting that Logos did not update any file info shown to the user after making changes (unusual i think).

But your newly updated NASB95 working with Interlinear would suggest that indexing might be an issue??? (good info)

Tried it.. Logo software created the file new... no change.  I even had it scan the directory.

oh, well. Sorry guys.

Have any of you turned on logging to see what happens in the program when you click the interlinear button?

Before reinstalling or anything, try Update Resources.

Just tried, & there's 1.45 Gb headed down the pike on my "high" speed DSL (more of a medium...).

Reindexing, here we come.

I've been on SR-2 since it came out and NASB seemed to work ok until yesterday, then I noticed the Interlinear didn't work.  I did the Update Resources, got the 1.45GB download and then did a Rebuild Index.  Still have the same problem - I click "Interlinear" on NASB and get nothing but a slight change (no grid) in the bottom border the window; right-click on a word and I only get "selection, reference and Strong's as options on the right side of the pop-up menu - no Manuscript, Lemma, Morph or LN options like I do for ESV and used to have in NASB.
