BUG? Variation on a theme
NRSV is first priority Bible
Catholic Lectionary is set to NABRE which should be its "native" translation.
I select a passage that I know has a difference in versification between the NRSV/NABRE and use right click to create a Sermon Starter Guide which has no indication in the heading/menu of its versification although on mouse over you can see it is an LXX-S mapping:
However, when I open an empty My Passage Guide and enter Hosea 14:2-10 which doesn't exist in the NRSV, Verbum automatically converts it to an LXX-S mapping and shows it as such.
This inconsistency makes it hellacious to try to figure out what a reference actually refers to. It seems like the right click behavior should match the manual behavior.

It seems like the right click behavior should match the manual behavior.
It does.
You changed two variables in your testing: right-click vs keyboard entry, and SSG vs PG. The bug here is that Sermon Starter Guides don't render alternate versifications in the Guides menu.

Thanks for the explanation esp. since sermon starter isn't a major concern for me at the moment. [:)] (Hey, I don't always have to watch out for everybody).
