Adding a verse to the passage list, and I crashed. Here are the logs. I'll see if I can get it to reproduce. 8688.Logging.zip
I had already created a case for this crash when it came up on our internal crash reporter, I've added your logs and a link to this thread. [:)]

So when it has us send data on the crash reporter, do you still want me to post logs?
Yes, sorry, I didn't word that very well. We do get automatic crash reports, but those don't include the full logs. We try to diagnose and fix from those, but it's always helpful when we get a forum report we can match to the automatic one for more context. [:)]
It happened again

Hi Jacob,
Can you give me any repro steps? Like which verse(s) from which translation you were adding? How did you add the verse, i.e. drag and drop, context menu, etc.
Tom
Jacob,
I was able to reproduce it. Looks like there's a bug when adding versions to an existing passage list that could cause a crash on Mac. This should be fixed in an upcoming version.
Thanks, Tom
Tom, you are correct, I could reproduce it changing translations, but that isn't how I have been generating it.
From this screen:
I enter a verse into the reference box:
Upon hitting enter...crash.
Here are the logs:
1805.Logging.zip
I'm sorry I said Passage Guide in the title. It is Passage List.
But at this point, it looks like that function is completely unusable on my installation. I checked it on a different file with a different verse than I had been using, and no matter what I do, I get a crash.
Here is most recent log for adding a different verse to a different passage guide:
7077.Logging.zip
Based on the stack trace in the logs, both crashes are a result of the same bug which I just confirmed is not reproducible for me on my development builds of 5.2b. It doesn't look like the fix was in RC2, but it should be on one of the upcoming 5.2b releases.
Good to know. What are you doing up on the forums this late?
Also, I can create a new passage guide and edit it without a crash, but I cannot edit existing passage guides.
