Are Hyperlinks broken?

For the past week, I've been unable to use any user created hyperlinks except Bible references. Even Bible reference hyperlinks in Word do not work--it attempts to bring up my web browser. This makes me think that it isn't something unique to Logos4. I've only made two changes to my computer recently: I downloaded the latest updates to Logos4 last week, and I reinstalled Logos3. I know about the registry fix that needs to be made after re-installing Logos3 (detailed here http://wiki.logos.com/Hyperlinks ). Any ideas?
Here's my registry item:
Here's a link in Word that isn't working -- it opens a web browser to an empty page.
And here's a link in a note file that was working but now is broken. Below the link I have pasted the code from the Hyperlink box in the command bar so you can see how it is formatted.

EDIT: The text that you probably copied from the wiki had the extra " (oops!), I've fixed it. The image on the wiki was correct though.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've never been able to get the libronixdls links to work and was extremely puzzled and frustrated. I had copied the erroneous text from the wiki too. Actually I had two "s after the %1. Deleted them both as they were extraneous, and now it works. Can I give you a virtual hug? [}]
Incidentally, Mark Barnes's instructions about how to set up the registry key for this include " " around the %1. I presume they are optional and that putting both of them there won't harm anything. He says the quotes are required, but I think he's wrong.

Glad it worked for you, Rosie. Unfortunately, it made no difference for me. I changed the setting, restarted the computer and Logos4 -- no change. So I tried it with the quotes around %1 -- no change.

Have you changed it in every place where the libronixdls key appears in your registry? I noticed that there were several places and changing one did not change all the other ones. I had to change it in two different places to make sure I got them all.

I had searched for both places and made sure it was changed -- doesn't changing one change them both? Anyway, this didn't change anything. However, looking at the file location, I remembered that the quotes came in when Microsoft introduced long path names -- they were needed for paths with spaces. Since this didn't have any spaces in it, I removed them and it now works fine. Doesn't make sense to me, since I thought they were designed to work either way. But I'm happy -- got my links back.
Thanks Kevin and Rosie for your help.
