I am trying to download the update. At first when I clicked the approval link, it did nothing. I closed Logos and killed the indexer then rebooted.
Now it's trying to download but has been stuck at 37% for quite a while. Is this a sign of a problem with my install or do I just need to wait?
BTW this is Windows 8.1, not Mac!
well...my was at 87% and the my laptop just crashed! Logos needs to come up with a better method to download or send out cds!

I suggest you start a new thread explaining what is happening, enable diagnostic logging and upload logs to that thread as per https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem (the information there refers to Logos 5 but I believe the same should work for Logos 6)
