Lost Resources - AAAUGH!

I did a total reformat and did a clean install of OS X 10.10 Yosemite. Then I had huge issues getting Logos 5 installed. Mainly it would crash every 5 minutes or less if I was playing with it, and it would run half a day before crashing if I just wasn't on my computer at all. IT was getting through about 70-80% of the downloads and would crash. Today I made me do two updates to the software. Now there appears to be no more downloads and all is working. No crashes, although it reports a crash each time I quit the app.
My issue today is that there are missing resources - two that I know of because they are saved in one of my layouts:
- Resource id: LLS:ANDREWSBNOTES - with a link here to show that it is no longer sold by itself: https://www.logos.com/product/15006/andrews-study-bible-notes. This is the Andrews Study Bible Notes.
- Resourde Id:LLS:1.0.1026 - with a link to here to show that it is also no longer sold by itself: https://www.logos.com/resource/LLS$1.0.1026 - This appears to be related to the NET Bible. But am unsure.
The question I have is two-fold, 1) How do I get those paid-for books back and 2) how do I find out if anything else is missing? These two just showed up in my layout and stand out. But of the $1000s of invested books, How would I know?

Type update resources in the command bar and hit Enter. It can take a few minutes, but it checks all your licenses.

cool thanks. Now it appears that the 1.18gb of downloads continues - that may be a new post as to why it keeps hanging and crashing. But that helps a lot. At least gets me back on track. Much appreciated.

okay went through all that. Everything seems to be working. One of the two resources I mentioned above is still missing. So, I fixed on of them. When I retype "Update Resources" it now says "No Updates Were Found."
So I know of at least one resource that is still missing. Any more ideas?

It's the ASBN - https://www.logos.com/product/15006/andrews-study-bible-notes. This is the Andrews Study Bible Notes.

I've restarted Logos several times, I've typed "update resources" and nothing new appears. I've typed "rebuild index" and ran the whole thing through the process. I still have at least the one missing resource.... There may be others missing, I just don't know of any. This is actually a resource I use all the time. I could use it on my iPad of iPhone, but that's kinda pointless.
Anyone have any more ideas?

Maybe check Hidden Resources in Program Settings? Can you access it from http://biblia.com/library?

Thanks Randy. I have nothing in my hidden resources. I can access the resource on biblia.com (good call to check) and I can also get to it on my iPad and iPhone.

rog, try enabling logs (see link below), typing "update resources" in the command bar, and uploading the logs after it completes.

I think we'll need some advice from someone more knowledgeable than me. There are definitely some things in the log file: a few out of date, some bad time stamps, as well as numerous warnings & errors. And I'm unclear on which are related to the server issues Faithlife is currently experiencing.

Could you clarify: Are the resources not visible in the Library or is your layout not showing?

Thanks for your help Randy, my layouts work and show. This particular resources does not show up and says that I don't have a license to view it. Yet, I do.

found a temporary answer in my other thread here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/96563.aspx
this doesn't answer all my questions, but did get this one resource working again....
Thanks

Unfortunately, the server issues are giving me a 404 "not found" error on many uploaded files, so I can't comment!

I'm seeing 404s now too. I still have a copy, attached below to see if it works.
I thought it strange that Rog was able to manually scan ANDREWSBNOTES (in the other thread). Initially, he was able to access it on Biblia so the license is valid, but not locally. The log file doesn't mention it except where it loads it in the layout--It's not mentioned where he ran Update Resources. Where does the resource/license get lost in this situation?
I now know a lot of the other errors were related to the outage. I think the timestamp issue with CSGNT, etc., has come up before?

Thanks, I can access that.
Rog,
There will be some errors and misbehaviour with the current Server problems, so let's start by deleting this folder:
/Users/roger/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/kpjuoupc.ah2/DownloadManager/
With logging enabled, restart Logos.

There are many format Exceptions in resources when loading your layout, including the NET Bible (LLS:1.0.1026). How do these present to you?
Does it help to load another layout or just create a new one?

Well... everything seems to work now. I even moved the "missing resource" after the scan found it and it still shows up. So that's good. I'm still unaware if I'm missing anything else, I could probably go through it line-by-line, but that sounds too tedious to mess with.
Here's the latest log files - to see if anything else shows up. I really appreciate the help.5635.Archive.zip
