Sync Doesn't work at 3:15PM on Sat Nov 22

I'm having issues syncing proclaim and my worship leader cannot sync either. Visual Copy is giving me issues on Logos 6 too. 

it says an internal server error.

Lots of Logos web problems today.

We can't even log in. It's asking for a activation code or to use watermarks. HELP!

We're currently having issues with sync but I wouldn't expect you to be watermarked. I think I understand the problem. 

When you sign in and see the prompt below select "Find a group". From there you should be able to find your group and start using Proclaim without being watermarked. Please let me know if this doesn't solve your issue.

Hello again, I've done a little research and it looks like your group was deleted. This should not be related to the infrastructure issues we're experiencing. I assume you would like this action undone? We're attempting to do so now.

Try signing out and signing back in again. You should be good to go.

Was there any issue with the synching?

Sync was restored last night, around 9pm PDT. There has not been any data loss. I would double check the machine you used to create the presentation. If the sync icon in the upper right of the main window is green that means the data should be synced.
