It is my understanding that, under the current restore that the tech team is involved in, email is not necessarily the best way to contact them.

Jim S., stated that the corporate email restore failed 10 hours into the process and had to be restarted around 11 PM PST last night. While I have no knowledge of whither the corporate email and customer service/support email were in the same shared environment I think you might be better served giving them a call if you have an issue that needs addressed. That being said, my guess is you may have a bit of a wait in the queue.

Michael, thank you for this report. It was our understanding that email should have been spooling with MXLogic (3rd party spam filter) during the outage. Spooling is where MXLogic catches your email and holds it while our email server is offline, then sends it along when we come back online. If you got this message, there was likely a gap in time where MXLogic considered our email server online, then sent the message to us, but due to internal storage issues was unable to write the email to disk. In that case, our email server would send you the response you received. We will do an analysis of our all email traffic once the system has recovered to identify precisely what happened. In the meantime, we've turned up manual spooling to ensure all email is queued while we work on recovery.

In any event, yes, email not a great way to reach us right now. I hope to have the system back online today.
