6.0a Mac OS 10.10.1
Had map resolution set to near fullscreen, attempted to move display, Logos replaced by Apple Crash Report dialog

Second Crash while changing zoom level

This is the map
Crash is not 100% repeatable, and seems to happen most often in full screen mode (clicking the green dot) at zoom level 5+. It seems to happen most often when increasing the zoom level, but has also crashed when using the hand tool to scroll at high zoom levels. The last crashes occurred with nothing open except the NKJV and the Atlas.

Sorry I missed this when you posted it. This issue should be fixed in the next SR ships.

But I'm on beta
Is that a snag everyone is having regarding the Atlas / maps? I'm asking that because I'm having no problem with these, other than them being very slow loading. I'm using a 7200rpm HD / 16 Gigs of RAM on an ASUS ROGUE.
Why am I thinking maps were loading fast(er) in Logos 5?

Maps in Logos 6 are loaded on demand from the Logos servers. This makes L6 maps more versatile, but also slower to load.
This also seems to have been fixed in 6.0b beta 3

I believe this is only true for maps within the Logos Atlas
Never knew that before about maps being loaded from the servers, so if we're offline, no maps, correct? How and why does that work this way? Graham, after I posted this, I only then saw your explanation which makes sense. Thanks!

Atlas maps are cached so you will have some maps available if you go offline (maps from your resources and the old L4/L5 Biblical Places maps are always available).

You are correct. I should have been more specific.

I spoke prematurely. This problem still exists in 6.0b Beta 3.

The fix just missed the cutoff for 6.0b Beta 3, but will be in Beta 4.
Huh? Wasn't 6.0a SR-5 just released hours ago?

Martin Is talking about the beta for 6.0b, currently at beta 3
After I started this thread, I switched to 6.0b Beta. I first thought that the fix for the stable version also fixed the problem for 6.0b. However, this proved to have been a false assumption. Hence, the more recent post. Martin was responding to that post.
Thanks for the clarifications.
