Got to 5% then quit. Now, it won't start.
This is on a personal laptop to which I have admin rights.
This looks very similar to https://community.logos.com/forums/t/97335.aspx. You could look at the Security Suite aspect but you need to delete the same supplemental-build.* files in the C:\Users\borenjb\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\eymcyonl.yow\LibraryIndex folder.
Also delete the C:\Users\borenjb\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\eymcyonl.yow\ResourceManager\Downloaded folder.
Restart Logos which should re-commence indexing.
Had the same issue. I re-started Logos and that fixed it. Hopefully yours is a simple fix too.

You are speaking in a tongue for which I don't have a translator. I don't see any supplemental-build.* files. Here's the contents of my target folder:
What do I delete?
(I did find the downloaded folder and deleted it.)
[EDIT: That shot was from the Bible Index folder, but the Library index folder is identical.]
The target folder I stated is the LibraryIndex one. Interesting that it is normal.
Restart Logos and upload logs again if it crashes.
Hard to say if it is crashing, as it doesn't wig out, it just sits there. (It reminds me of some of my students who have no work ethic.)
However, one of the earlier symptoms is gone; the Logos icon in the sys-tray (as below) would disappear when I tried to mouse over it. Now, it seems stable.
The indexer has passed 5% where it went on siesta before. So there's hope.
Indexing completed successfully.
Given that the one folder was not adjusted, perhaps the problem was in the Downloaded folder by itself.
Thanks for the help, Dave.
You're welcome
