I can't figure out what the Word Study Guide is trying to tell me in the marked area bellow.

I understand the figure before the slash but what is the figure after the slash? e.g. 9/169

Can anybody please explain this? I run the guide from Gal 4:4

The result to the left of the marked area looks like a miscalculation. It should be "of 14" or?

So, in your example looking at all the numbers on the line "to dispatch" (some of this I know you know, but for completeness I'll explain them all) - 9 of 13 means that of the 13 occurrences of the lemma ἐξαποστέλλω in the Bible you are running the Bible Word Study against, 9 times it means "to dispatch".  On the right side, the 9/169, the 9 again means that 9 times the lemma ἐξαποστέλλω is interpreted as "to dispatch", and that there are 169 different occurrences of all lemmas interpreted as dispatch.  So this analysis you did might cause one to wonder why, for the 9 times the author wanted to use dispatch, did he in these cases use ἐξαποστέλλω, where as 160 other times another Greek word was used?

Does that help?

Some people have gotten the mistaken notion that an illustration clarifies matters—even though the illustration is as clear as mud.  Personally, I wish they do away with the blasted things.
